Cancer Support Centre: Charity Golf Day

Golfers and businesses alike are being invited to swing into action this summer by supporting a special Charity Golf Day in aid of The Cancer Support Centre.
Taking place at Walmley Golf Club on Friday 17 July, the event is being organised in partnership with Birmingham Bogeys Golf Society and promises a fantastic day of golf, competition and fundraising, all in support of local people affected by cancer.
The day will begin with a shotgun start at 12 noon, with teams of four able to enter for £400 per fourball. Entry includes a breakfast roll with tea or coffee on arrival, followed by a two-course meal after play.
As well as enjoying a round on one of the region’s most popular courses, participants will have the chance to compete in a range of on-course challenges, including Nearest the Pin, Longest Drive and a special Hole-in-One competition on Walmley’s signature 18th hole.
Organisers are also seeking businesses to support the event through a range of sponsorship opportunities.
The headline Main Sponsorship package, priced at £2,000, offers extensive promotional benefits including company branding across event posters, social media, the charity website and newsletters. Sponsors will also have the opportunity to display a banner at the event and distribute promotional material during the post-golf meal.
Hole Sponsorships are available from just £100, providing businesses with branding at a selected hole and inclusion in the event brochure. Premium sponsorship opportunities are also available on key holes, including the 1st and 9th (£250) and the prestigious 18th hole (£400).
