The Alma Mater Experience

This month Alma Mater Lodge hosted an evening that truly defined “The Alma Mater Experience.” It was a superb ceremony from start to finish, filled with the kind of joy, laughter, and song that reminds us why we value our craft so much.

With around 50 members, visitors, and Provincial officers in attendance, the atmosphere was electric. The highlight of the evening was the installation of Jonathan Thiem as the new Worshipful Master. It was an incredibly enthusiastic and heart-felt ceremony – pure joy to witness!

The celebrations didn’t stop there; we moved on to a fun filled, boisterous and energetic Burn’s Night. Alma Mater is known for its lively social scene with the festive board being no exception. Singing, haggis and laughter filled the room.

In customary fashion, many of the brethren then went to a karaoke bar and stayed long into the night.
